COMMISSION AN ARTWORK
I accept commissions on a case-by-case basis.
If you have a particular painting in mind I’d be pleased to discuss it with you. You are also welcome to request a new piece in a particular ongoing series such the ‘9-letter word’ series which already has an established, readymade compositional format. For any other works I am happy to consider your specific choice of palette for any commissioned work.
Fee: Commission will depend on a number of factors such as size, time, composition, etc. As a general rule a 50% deposit payment on acceptance of agreed commission and the 50% balance payment on completion (paid before shipping).

IS YOUR ARTWORK FOR SALE?
Yes most artwork on my website is for sale or direct commission, unless indicated by a Red dot and/or SOLD stamp. Please click the Enquire button next the relevant artwork.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Insurance, customs, etc. must be arranged separately. All artwork will be shipped in a sturdy wooden box with ample polystyrene/foam/bubble wrap internal protective packaging. For reassurance and accountability, each individual shipment will photo-document each stage of the packaging process and emailed to the buyer prior to dispatch.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
All shipping deliveries within the UK and internationally are priced according to its individual destination. I choose recognised art couriers that provide excellent, secure, and reliable services. Contact me for specific destinations and details.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?
All artwork purchases are bespoke transactions between Dana Church and the unique buyer. I do not use a check-our or Cart facility.
All payments will be arranged via BACS transfer and/or PayPal.Me.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your piece or have a change of heart, I offer a full refund up to 14 days after receipt. Please email before returning your purchase, postage instructions will be sent to you on receipt of your email. Once the items have arrived back with me in their original condition, I aim to process your refund within 5 working days - customer pays return shipping. More details are on the terms of service page.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order get in contact as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched I will be able to cancel it and refund you.
If the order has already been dispatched then you will need to follow the returns procedure described above. Cancelling commissioned work that has already been started will incur a loss of deposit.
