COMMISSION AN ARTWORK

I accept commissions on a case-by-case basis. As I work in series, I relish the opportunity to create bespoke artwork for collectors. From any of the themed series with an established compositional format seen on the WORK page, I’d be pleased to discuss a new variation, bespoke artwork created exclusively for you.

We can have an initial video or phone consultation to discuss the theme, colour palette, and composition, etc., taking into consideration your interior, tastes, and aesthetic criteria to create the painting perfect for you.
​
Fee: Commission will depend on a number of factors such as size, time, composition, etc. – commensurate with the prices of comparable work on the website. A 50% deposit payment is required upon any agreed commission and start and completion dates.
​
During the painting process I will provide you with regular updates and give you an opportunity to make suggestions for any revisions. Nearing completion I will invite you to the studio or video call for a viewing to make sure you are completely happy with the finished artwork.
​
Upon completion the 50% balance payment will be payable before shipping. We will also arrange shipping and delivery once the balance payment is received. If you are local I can usually deliver and hang the painting for you in your chosen space free of charge, or an agreeable fee within the UK.
​
I do not accept returns for any completed commissioned artwork. However, if you change your mind once the agreed work has commenced or do not want the completed artwork you will not be liable for the 50% balance payment, but you will forfeit the initial 50% deposit payment.
​
Commercial shipping will incur a separate charge, and this would be agreed before the 50% deposit payment is made.

IS YOUR ARTWORK FOR SALE?
​
Yes most artwork on my website is for sale or direct commission, unless indicated by a Red dot and/or SOLD stamp. Please click the Enquire button next the relevant artwork.

Fine art giclée prints are sold via the PURCHASE page.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
​
Yes, we ship worldwide. For destinations outside the UK, shipping of fine art giclée prints is via Parcelforce Global Tracked and Signed or specialist courier.
​
All original, 3-d paintings will be shipped in a sturdy wooden box with ample polystyrene/foam/bubble wrap internal protective packaging. For reassurance and accountability, each individual shipment will photo-document each stage of the packaging process and emailed to the buyer prior to dispatch. While packages are insured, customers are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, etc. incurred by the destination country and must be arranged separately. Please check with your local authority before ordering.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
​
Shipping of fine art giclée prints is calculated at check-out. Shipping for orders within the UK is FREE. Outside of the UK the shipping price is determined by the size of print and destination.
​
All shipping deliveries for original 3-d paintings within the UK and internationally are priced by weight and according to its specific destination. We use recognised, specialist art couriers that provide excellent, secure, and reliable services. Contact me for specific destinations and details.
​
For UK destinations shipping is via Parcelforce 48 hr Tracked, fully insured and signed for delivery.
For destinations outside the UK is via Parcelforce Global Tracked and Signed or Pack and Send (Large artwork shipping specialists).
I also offer delivery via specialist art handler in UK if required.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

All artwork purchases are bespoke transactions between Dana Church and the unique buyer. Payments for fine art giclée prints are made through the
Check-out or Trolley facility on this website.
At present payments for original 3-d paintings will be arranged via BACS transfer or PayPal.Me.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
​
Fine art giclée prints:
All our Limited Edition prints are made to order, please allow time for printing, signing and certification. You can expect orders within the following timeframes:
UK: 7 to 10 days
Europe: Around 10 days
Worldwide: Around 2 weeks
​
Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5 working days.
Originals Paintings:
Depending on the courier used, Originals Paintings should be delivered within the following time frames:
UK: 10 - 15 days
Europe: Around 15 days
Worldwide: Around 3-4 weeks

RETURNS
​
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your piece or have a change of heart, I offer a full refund up to 14 days after receipt. Please email before returning your purchase, postage instructions will be sent to you on receipt of your email. Once the items have arrived back with me in their original condition, I aim to process your refund within 5 working days - customer pays return shipping. More details are on the terms of service page.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
​
If you wish to cancel your order get in contact as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched I will be able to cancel it and refund you.
If the order has already been dispatched then you will need to follow the returns procedure described above. Cancelling commissioned work that has already been started will incur a loss of deposit.
